No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM; please be respectful of our neighbors at all times.
During the day, keep noise to a minimum—many neighbors are full-time residents.
Do not access walking trails by cutting across neighboring properties; the public trail entrance is just a 2-minute walk away.
This is bear country—do not leave food or trash on the screened porch, outdoor deck, or in vehicles.
A maximum of four daytime visitors is allowed; additional overnight guests must be approved in advance during booking.
Guests are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Violations of house rules may result in eviction, cancellation without refund, and/or additional charges.

30+ Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
14–29 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund, minus the 3% credit card processing fee.
Less Than 14 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to feetupgetaways@gmail.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed promptly in accordance with these terms.
We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in case of weather events, accidents, illness or other unforeseen circumstances that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling rental terms.

Guests may book directly on the website. After booking, you will receive and email to complete ID verification and sign a guest rental agreement through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Verification must be completed within 48 hours to confirm the reservation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, with secure processing handled by Stripe for your peace of mind.
Guests have two payment options:
Pay in full at the time of booking, or
Pay 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.

Check-in is contactless for your safety, convenience and privacy and access is via a keyless entry touchpad with your own personal code.

The driveway is large and provides plenty of parking space right in front of the house.

Guests enjoy free access to two community pools, one which is just minutes from the house and another at the top of the mountain. Pools are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guest access hours are 2-6pm and must show a photo ID for entrance. Wintergreen limits access to 6 people per residence at one time.

Guests can access many of Wintergreen Resort’s amenities for a fee, including skiing, tubing, Wintergreen Spa, Stoney Creek public golf course, and Lake Monocan.
